Violence in the Workplace Programs
| Is there more violence in the workplace today that in
previous years, or is it just better reported? Whether there is more or less is not the issue; but whether your organization is able to identify its potential and reduce its likelihood more adequately expresses the objective for this security issue. Managers need to know the warning signs of violence occurring in the workplace, and equally as important, develop a reporting program so that a timely and appropriate response is affected.
